Please note that tours may be cancelled in the event of severe weather or if we do not reach our minimum of 6 total attendees per tour (this rarely occurs). We keep the phone numbers from the reservations and email/call everyone if there is a cancellation due to bad weather in the Roswell area. We will proceed with a scheduled tour, rain or shine, as long as we have at least 6 willing attendees! If weather is questionable and you’ve not heard from us, feel free to call 404-644-8051 to inquire about the status of your tour, but note that if you haven’t heard from us, we’ll be there at the square ready to go! (Reservation line is 770-649-9922, Reservations required).
RAIN CHECK POLICY: Your tour guide will be at the meet point at the start of your tour, rain or shine (unless we have contacted reserved tour attendees ahead of time alerting of a tour cancellation). You may pay up and begin the tour as scheduled regardless of the weather. You have ONE hour to decide if you’d like to continue with the second half of the tour. If you decide within that ONE hour that you’d rather re-schedule, tell your guide and you will be given a “rain check” to be allowed to return to another scheduled tour at no charge (reservations still required).
